Use temporary code to set a new password

How to use

  1. Enter student ID (8 digits) or staff username
  2. Enter the 10-character temporary code from IT staff
  3. Click "Verify and Continue"
  4. Set your new password

Temporary code format: TEMP123456 (10 characters) with limited validity

System will auto-detect whether you are a student or staff

Student: 8-digit number (e.g. 66123456)

Staff: firstname.lastname2chars (e.g. somsak.ch)

Enter the 10-character code from IT staff (has an expiry)
