How to use
- Enter student ID (8 digits) or staff username
- Enter the 10-character temporary code from IT staff
- Click "Verify and Continue"
- Set your new password
Temporary code format: TEMP123456 (10 characters) with limited validity
System will auto-detect whether you are a student or staff
